After nearly seven years of waiting, and a lot of controversy, the national guidelines on renewable energy were published in the Official Journal n.219 of 09/18/2010.
To be precise guidelines were provided by the famous Decree 387/03, the mother of all laws on renewable energy in Italy. A law, the 387, which would have put our country in step with other European partners and competitors. But it was not like just because the guidelines set down by 387, 2003, with regional (so called for, regional energy plans) have become too wait while the regional plans as they were approved.
